For as long as I can remember growing up on the east coast, I have had a deep love for southern food and particularly Cajun flavor. I was raised on many meals with home cooked Cajun flavor and spices. When I relocated to California I found it difficult to find places that served home cooked Cajun meals with the genuine Cajun taste and flavor I was used to. I discovered that there were not many southern Creole and Cajun establishments that catered to my cravings. Thus Cajun Comfort Catering was created. On the advice of many who enjoyed my Cajun food with flare, my wife and I decided to prepare and deliver home cooked Cajun food with the authentic zeal, zest and comfort that Cajun foods bring!
